We carefully prepare every MSB Luxe Essentials order so that your purchase arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We do not currently offer complimentary shipping. However, we are committed to keeping our shipping fees as reasonable as possible. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery generally takes 7 to 10 business days after an order has been processed. Delivery estimates may vary based on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, and product availability.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes several items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages. When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. MSB Luxe Essentials cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside our direct control. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at msbluxe@gmail.com so we can assist you.
